52°North meets with partners for the European Data Portal II kickoff

The European Data Portal is a core component of the public sector data infrastructure that has been set up by the European Commission and Member States. It offers, for example, access to public data resources across Europe via a single point of contact – the portal itself.

Project members recently met in Luxemburg to kick off work on continuing the development of the European Data Portal under a new contract. As a subcontractor of Capgemini Consulting, 52°North supports further development of the European Data Portal. Our main focus is on handling open real-time data flows within the European Data Portal, as well as integrating geospatial data.
