Introduction to AquaINFRA Architecture (AIP, DDAS, VRE). (Dr Markus Konkol, Research Software Engineer at 52°North GmbH, Germany)

Technical presentation on enhancing the analyzability of EU data by applying dasymetric algorithms — featuring case studies from Denmark and Finland, and demonstrating how the results are made accessible through the AquaINFRA DDAS. (Dr. Ida Maria Bonnevie, Assistant Professor in Geoinformatics, Aalborg University, Denmark)

Introduction to AquaINFRA Open Educational Resources (OERs) through presenting training material on Data-to-Knowledge Package for reproducible Spatio-Temporal Trend Detection Analysis (Prof. Carsten Keßler and Sadra Matmir from the Geomatics faculty of the Bochum University of Applied Sciences, Germany)

The presentations will be followed by a hands-on session for participants to test the AquaINFRA interaction platform, import data and run the workflow developed for the Gulf of Riga, and the event will be concluded with a feedback survey.
