52°North was selected to participate in the OGC Web Services Test Phase 7 (OWS-7). Our Geoprocessing and Sensor Web communities will be active in all three threads:

• Sensor Fusion Enablement (SFE)
• Feature / Decision Fusion (FDF)
• Aviation Thread

The Geoprocessing Community will implement a Web Processing Service (WPS) for feature and statistical analysis. Deployment in GRID and cloud computing environments is also forseen.

The SWE community will implement a Sensor Observation Service (SOS) for motion imagery. In addition, work will be done on the implementation of event notification components.
