Our Mission

The Geoprocessing community aims at designing a pluggable web service architecture for orchestrating and executing geo-processes, as well as research innovative spatio-temporal data analysis processing techniques. This comprehensive web service architecture will incorporate sophisticated communication mechanisms and reflect established work on standards (such as the OGC Web Processing Service) and will act in close cooperation with other 52 North working groups (ILWIS, SWE and Security) and our partners.

Vision: to leverage the fully interoperable web based processing of spatial related data.
